Take Your Running to the Next Level

Discover the Benefits of Running Gait Analysis

Discover your unique running mechanics.

The BUILD Running Gait Analysis is a comprehensive service to help runners of all levels improve running performance and reduce injury risk. It begins with an assessment of the runner's sports and injury history, current training, and running goals. A running-specific physical therapy evaluation is then conducted, followed by complete analysis of run gait. We utilize 3D motion capture technology, force and pressure mapping, and video analysis to gather data and analyze the runner's gait. Our job is to break down the data and findings to create actionable steps for the runner to improve running performance and decrease injury. Runners will leave with a complete report and understanding of analysis findings and a plan for improvement.
