In this course, you will:
Our very first class will be your initial foot and ankle assessment. Through a series of movements, we will evaluate your foundational level and uncover any weaknesses. This will allow you to discover the potential you can develop in the next six weeks. Our last class will reassess to see just how far you’ve come.
